Scuba Diving
Scuba Diving is not a sport, it’s a lifestyle.
The sport of scuba diving is a great way to explore the underwater world and experience an exciting, new lifestyle.

Scuba Diving
One can see marine life in its natural habitat while exploring the ocean floor on a scuba dive. One can also explore shipwrecks and see the beauty of coral reefs. Scuba diving is also an adrenaline-filled activity that can be enjoyed by anyone who is interested in adventure sports.
The popularity of scuba diving has increased over time because it provides people with a new perspective on life and nature. It allows you to appreciate everyday things from a different point of view, which is something that many people do not experience in their everyday lives.
What is SCUBA
SCUBA stands for Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus and was invented by Jacques Cousteau. It consists of a steel or aluminium cylinder that contains air (the same air as you are breathing at the moment). The air in the cylinder is delivered to you to breathe, through a mouthpiece, similar to that of a Snorkel, this SCUBA unit allows you to breathe easily underwater and is attached to a buoyancy jacket for comfort.
How safe is SCUBA Diving
Recreational SCUBA diving has been shown to be no more of a risk than swimming. Together with the knowledge and experience that you will receive during the PADI certification course and a healthy respect for the water you will find that Scuba Diving is safe, easy and fun.
